City Pass
A City Pass is available for NYC and includes admission to The Met, the Empire State Building observatory deck, American Museum of Natural History, MoMA, Top of the Rock or the Guggenheim Museum, and the Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island or Circle Line Cruises for $109 for adults and $82 for children. I purchased this on my trip and chose to do the Guggenheim Museum and had no other choice but to do the Circle Line Cruise because Ellis Island was closed due to damage from Hurricane Sandy. The cruise went around the lower part of Manhattan from W. 42nd St. to E. 42nd St. and then back. It provided a great view of the Statue of Liberty, the skyline, Long Island City, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the Manhattan Bridge. I of course went to all the other attractions the pass gets you in to and highly recommend it as you save about $75 per person with it.
*DISCLAIMER: THIS LIST IS FROM MY 5 DAY TRIP TO NYC. THIS IS A LIST OF THE PLACES I WENT TO DURING MY VISIT. I DO NOT LIST SITES THAT I HAVE NOT PERSONALLY BEEN TO, BUT OF COURSE I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO SEE THESE AND BEYOND. I WAS NOT PROVIDED COMPENSATION FOR ANY OF THE PLACES ON THIS GUIDE.
**If you have any RECOMMENDATIONS for ME for my next trip to NYC please leave me comments on the city guide post for New York City or contact me via the "Say Hello" option on the top menu.
